They are really great, they have been my go to cloud provider for most of my use cases. Their support is super responsive and very kind, everything is in Switzerland. I often recommend their services to my friends, they are a great alternative to GAFAM
One drawback for me is that Switzerland is actively trying to control digital spaces, and Infomaniak is not opposing this strongly enough. Personally, I find this a bit akward (for example, Proton threatened to leave Switzerland and Infomaniak...

I have an amazing experience with them for over 3 years. I have vps hosting with its own external firewall rules that is a big plus. Trying to simplify the complex experience for hosting. Very redundant and transparent. Helpful in the costumer support when it is needed. Capable for having a all-in-one experience.
