inclinq is a work-first advertising and connection platform for individuals and businesses.

Unlike conventional job boards or freelance marketplaces, inclinq is not limited to employment, freelance jobs, or side gigs.

The platform has two sides:

• Projects: Individuals or businesses advertise what they need, including work, expertise, services, products, or business collaboration.
• Talent: Individuals or businesses advertise what they can offer, including skills, professional services, goods, and capabilities.

Connections begin with the actual needs and offerings, rather than résumés, personal profiles, or follower networks.

Privacy-first approach

Users can register with a display name, email address, and password. Government-issued ID and phone numbers are not required at sign-up. Additional personal information can be exchanged between the parties when necessary.

Reducing automated mass contact

Talent-side THREAD messaging uses recurring small payment checkpoints designed to make high-volume automated outreach less economical. This is an economic deterrent, not identity verification, and its effectiveness is still being evaluated.

Advertising model

Standard listings are free during the current public proof of concept (PoC). Optional Premium advertising is priced by listing duration rather than clicks, so bot-generated clicks do not increase advertising charges.

inclinq does not act as a recruitment agency or broker and does not charge commissions on completed transactions.

Current status: Public pilot, inviting early Projects and Talent to test the platform and provide feedback.
