What is Icon Shepherd?

Restoring positions of the desktop icons

You can click the IconShepherd icon (or double-click its desktop icon) to open the IconShepherd menu. Use the Remember icons command to save the current layout of the icons. If something happens and the icons become all messed up, you can use IconShepherd to restore the icon positions , with just a couple of clicks of the mouse
