The app is very good. Tested on Win10 notebook. Very cute set of filters without rubbish filters + simple colour frames + stickers, so you can produce neat images for blogging in 10 seconds. Some functions are barred in freeware version - you can't apply text, auto-enhancement and so on. The app is QT5-powered and neatly optimized (apart from bloated Electron monsters).
