What is IBANforge?

IBANforge validates IBAN structure and check digits across 89 countries and looks up bank and BIC/SWIFT information according to documented country coverage. It provides batch validation, Swiss clearing data, bank-level sanctions signals and SEPA reachability information.

Developers can use a REST API, published SDKs and a native MCP server. A browser playground lets users try the API; a supplier-file audit offers a free preview and a paid annotated report.

The API offers 25 requests per day without a key. A free key starts at 25 requests per month and increases to 200 once claimed by email. Paid usage is available through prepaid credit packs, a subscription, or x402 payments in USDC.

Results do not verify account ownership or account existence and do not guarantee successful payment. Bank-level risk signals do not replace regulated AML/KYC screening.
