I specially recommend i2p+ for those starting out with i2p as it comes with many improvements over the regular i2p java implementation.
I2P+ is a definitely a sleeker more streamlined version of I2P. But much like vanilla I2P it doesn't connect to websites consistently. Edit: I feel like this review needs a bit more of an explanation as to why I like it. The router console looks somehow both sleekier and more detailed than vanilla i2p. It doesn't just have a detailed appearance, but also a more detailed analysis of network traffic and more settings/links.
