It's open-source. You can help port it to other platforms.

What is Haiku Animator?

Animator by Haiku is a creative environment for crafting codebase-ready animations. Carefully built around modern workflows, Animator integrates with your favorite design and code tools, and it's all backed by git version control. Unlike throw-away prototypes, Animator components are ready to be dropped into a codebase with a single line of code. From there, designers can continue to design, animate, and iterate; with all efforts being immediately reflected into the production product. Gone are the days of the status quo — tedious, back-and-forth communication between design and development teams.
