I was looking for a bittorrent client but with no GUI and just found this for windows

What is Hadouken?

Hadouken is an open source BitTorrent client for Windows. It runs as a Windows Service and has a built-in web interface.

It is designed to run on servers, HTPCs, and can be controlled remotely with the web interface which is also responsive to let you use any device to control it.

Push notifications are brought to you with 3rd party notifiers. Bundled notifiers includes,

  • HipChat
  • Kodi/XBMC
  • Pushalot
  • Pushbullet
  • Pushover

Configure powerful automation rules to automatically move torrents based on name/label.

Automatically add torrents from folders based on regular expression rules.
