GroupPost information
What is GroupPost?
GroupPost is group email built for community organizations — HOAs, faith groups, clubs, nonprofits, school PTAs, and neighborhood associations — that need to communicate reliably with their members without paying marketing-platform prices.
Unlike Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and MailerLite, GroupPost charges per message sent rather than per contact stored. That means your cost stays flat as your membership grows. A community of 50 members and a community of 5,000 members pay the same rate for the same number of messages sent per month.
GroupPost sends via authenticated infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC via AWS SES) that Gmail treats as organizational email — not marketing. Messages route to the primary inbox instead of the Promotions tab, which is why GroupPost users consistently see higher open rates than they achieved with marketing platforms sending to the same list.
Features include a full rich-text message editor, reusable templates, scheduled and recurring sends, automatic bounce management, open and delivery tracking, reply routing to the sender, multiple group lists, and a built-in EventRSVP tool for managing event invitations, yes/maybe/no responses, and guest check-in.
Free plan: 100 messages per month, every feature included, no contact ceiling, no credit card required. Paid plans start at $5/month.
