Version Control - Versioning of documents lets you maintain multiple copies of a document and keep track of every version made and notifies every user in the loop of the most up-to-date version.

Reminders and Notifications - Reminders can be set on tasks for future actions. Set frequency-based reminders for yourself and your team. Receive notifications and email alerts for tasks and reminders on web and mobile.

Collaboration - Users can capture, view, retrieve, share and edit the document. Sharing with individuals and user groups. You can do a page-level sharing, split a document or merge two different documents in one, add comments and other additional information.
