What is GreaseGoose?

GreaseGoose is shop management software for independent auto repair shops with one to five bays. It covers the repair workflow from job tracking and calendar scheduling to digital estimates, invoicing and payments, with QuickBooks Online sync for bookkeeping.

Customer communication is a central part of the product. Shops can text estimates to customers, who review the parts and labor, approve the work and pay from their phone through a customer portal. It also includes two-way texting on a registered toll-free number, digital vehicle inspections, VIN decoding and NHTSA recall alerts.

GreaseGoose is a hosted subscription service with flat plans for a single shop or up to five locations, unlimited technicians and a free trial. Extra service advisor seats are billed separately.
