Comments and Reviews
With GitJournal there is no threat of vendor lockin
It allows me to manage my markdown blog posts on the mobile device easily and sync that to the git repo.
It's great, shows where the project is going. Pro @ cheapest = $30, Zettel Notes= more features and = $0
It doesn't bind you to a platform/service/app. Runs without any lag. Note creation and Git syncing simply work without any difficult, yet you can configure automatic file names and titles, creation and modified dates etc (if you want). Read other comments for other features. It's fantastic yet simple.
As Got Journal is an open source software and powered by git. You can trust but its not made by the own company of git. Its made by a developer and had the access to connect to git softwares and web applications.
A clean simple way to use GitHub as a storage mechanism for a markdown-based journal. Makes task lists, notes and daily journals easy, and handles all the git mechanics invisibly. Perfect for syncing between several platforms.
Very responsive to feature requests and bug reports.
