Pros:

Fast to install and boot.
Includes some basic built-in linux commands (eg. chmod, for, compgen, alias, compgen, bg, fg...).
Can run exe files as well.

Cons:

Doesn't support interactive events (eg. you can't navigate through menus if you were promped to use arrow keys).
Color schemes aren't varied.
