Transfer automatically resumes
If a download is interrupted (for example, if a contact goes offline), the transfer automatically resumes with no loss of data when your contact comes back online. If the file that you are downloading is available from any other contacts in your list, then GigaTribe automatically retrieves the file from all those contacts and continues to download it for you.

This is pretty good because it has a social network aspect to it. Unfortunately though it is only windows. It has language support for spanish, french dutch and italian. 30$ per year or $5 per month. There is a free version.
This is the worse program I ever tried. Be careful if you decide to use this program, or if someone you know is using this program. I had a few encounters as law enforcement, with guys using this program.This seems to be the new P2P tool to transfer child pornography. The servers for this are in France and the laws are quite different.
