The Mission GhostLink was built to return the internet to its roots: a place for free, private, and direct communication without surveillance capitalism.

How It Works Most video chat apps route your data through central servers where it can be analyzed, recorded, or throttled. GhostLink uses WebRTC Mesh technology.

This means your device connects directly to your friend's device (or friends' devices in group mode). We simply provide the digital "meeting place" (Signaling via Durable Objects) to introduce the two devices, then we step out of the way.

Security Model End-to-End Encryption: All video and audio streams are encrypted using DTLS-SRTP by default. Ephemeral Rooms: Rooms are not permanent. Once the last person leaves, the digital footprint of that room evaporates. Open Source Ethos: We believe security through obscurity is a fallacy. Our architecture is transparent. Session Limits To maintain service quality for all users, rooms have a 60-minute time limit. Participants receive a warning 5 minutes before expiration. To continue chatting, simply create a new room.
