Great interface, intuitive to use, has an extension but can also be used without. You can use it on mobile without an app. Handles web images beautifully and is great for mood boards and visual bookmarking. Has a built in article reader so can also be used as a read later app. I have used it to replace more than one extension/app to take over multiple functions and I am very happy with it's performance. The developer is also very responsive.

The best. Don't rethink. Lacking an mobile apps in iOS & Android as of now.

I'm planning to release soon "save-only" app for Android phones. Which will allow to save websites using share dialog and save overlay over the browser/webview.
As for fully-featured iOS and Android apps - I do have plans to also release them. As a heavy user of GGather myself, I need the iOS app badly too :D. The only thing blocking me right now is the lack of resources (GGather is a bootstrapped venture, without any investors).
But the apps will come at some point for sure. Stay tuned.

I have used every single possible bookmark manager and this is the best by a long run. It has the most features and organization options it's perfect.
