getSoapy is business management software for UK local service businesses. It is built around how a window cleaning round works: regular jobs on a frequency, grouped by area, done at the customer's property and paid for afterwards.

See who's due on each round, then follow an optimised route on the day. Mark a job done and getSoapy can send the invoice and take the payment by card or Direct Debit. Your customers get a portal where they can see their invoices and work history and pay what they owe.

getSoapy also handles quotes and enquiries, expenses, reports, SMS and email broadcasts, loyalty cards, and documents such as your terms of service. Every plan includes a free website for your business. A lead marketplace lets you buy local enquiries to grow your round, or sell the ones you can't take on. The Pro plan adds the smart planner, which suggests the week's work for you, plus team members with their own logins and roles, bank reconciliation that matches transfers to customer balances, your own domain and an AI assistant.
