What is GameMash?

GameMash turns the meeting-room TV, or a screen share on Teams, Meet or Zoom, into a game show. The host puts together a lineup of short games, players scan a QR code or type a 4-letter room code, and everyone answers on their own phone in the browser.

Games

  • Pop quiz: Kahoot-style multiple choice or true/false questions, with images if you want them, timers, double-point questions and an optional bonus for fast answers. Every answer has a shape as well as a colour, so colour-blind players aren't guessing.
  • Draw it: everyone draws the same word on their phone, then rates other players' drawings without knowing whose they are.

Points carry across every game in the session, and one podium covers them all at the end. Why GameMash

  • No accounts for hosts or players, and nothing to install
  • Up to 100 players per session, and late joiners can still play
  • Privacy first: everything, including avatars and images, is deleted when the session ends
  • Create with AI: generate questions in any chatbot you already use and paste them back. GameMash never calls an AI itself, so there are no API keys and no cost
  • Save a lineup as a .gamemash file and reuse it later
  • Free and open source (AGPL-3.0), and you can host it yourself
