Apps similar to Fusuma include GestureSign, which is free and open source. Other options are Touchégg and Input Actions. In total there are three Mouse Gestures Tools like Fusuma for Linux and Windows.
Create and assign touchscreen gestures to actions on a windows tablet. Use to interact in a more user friendly way with the user interface e.g. mimic keyboard shortcuts, employ functions of the operating system ect.
Touchégg initially going to be designed to provide Egg Window Manager window management through gestures, but eventually I decided to extend this funcionality, so Touchégg is compatible with any window manager, and providing more options.
Input handler built on top of libinput and KWin, currently in a very early stage of development.
