Forgot is a web-based team calendar designed for engineering managers and team leads. It offers a timeline including work details like vacations, half days, on-call coverage, project work, milestones, and release dates. Users can manage their entries interactively, moving or resizing them, and undoing changes. Milestones are displayed with team availability, alerting when a team member is absent on a key date. It supports detailed planning with half days and split weeks.

Forgot also provides team organization features. Team members can be grouped by team, location, time zone, or custom fields. For global teams, time zone groups show local times. The timeline view can be adjusted from a week to a quarter. Read-only links are available for colleagues to view a board. Additional features include multiple boards, bulk team entry, and light and dark themes. However, Forgot focuses on team availability and release planning, not HR approval workflows, leave accruals, or payroll.
