FocalSpeaker information
What is FocalSpeaker?
FocalSpeaker is exactly what it sounds like. Any app that takes focus, is spoken out loud. Originally for debugging, FocalSpeaker can be a good utility for developers, or people with accessibility needs, or anyone really who just needs to know when something becomes the foremost application! It has evolved to include a variety of ways to alert you, you can pick only specific apps to alert for, choose between an alert sound or spoken alert, or both or even silent(only push notification) there's also a preset where you can customize what the app actually says with {app}, and you can let it use your personal voice! And some of us decided to be a little creative with this, which was amusing, and useful!. // A brief origin story, as it might help you walk away, or hit the download button confidently.. The actual reason this app was needed was to verify which app was actually the focused app during a brief period where the menubar was completely hidden during the transition.(we created a script with lsappinfo + say, but created a full app to handle more situations and hopefully to help other people.) This app contains no in app purchases or advertisements. Thank you for using FocalSpeaker by InspiratioNULL
