What is Flow State Tracker?

Flow State Tracker helps you measure and potentially improve productivity by showing idle time, activity, window switches, and wpm also having a day, week, and month view. Idle time is counted after prolonged period of zero input unless a video is playing which will not be counted as idle. Activity is measured by active things like typing vs passive things. Window switching is just the measurement of clicking between windows to gage context switches.
