FlexiBudget is a personal budgeting app built on two ideas most finance apps skip: your budget should bend to how you actually live, and the vehicle in your driveway is a second household budget of its own.

Every transaction is entered deliberately — no bank feeds to break, no credentials handed to an aggregator, no miscategorized charges to untangle. Your dashboard is built from quick-add widgets, so pinning the things you buy constantly turns logging into two taps, and "already paid this period" badges show at a glance which recurring bills are still outstanding. It's for people who want to run their budget, not just watch it.

Most apps hand you a "Car" category and call it done. FlexiBudget gives odometer readings, cost per kilometer/mile, multiple fuel types per vehicle, tank-to-tank consumption charts, and services with parts and labor itemized. And it eliminates the need to double-enter anything into separate apps: a refuel or a service is logged once and counts as both a vehicle record and an ordinary expense. And "vehicle" is deliberately generic: cars, motorbikes, bicycles, boats, or anything on an hour meter.

FlexiBudget treats exchange rates as history, not decoration. A transaction you forgot from three weeks ago is converted at that day's rate, not today's — so volatile currencies don't quietly distort your history.

Budgets bend to your income instead of the other way around: set a spending limit or a savings target, as a fixed amount or as a percentage of what you actually earn — so an irregular freelance month doesn't break the plan.

One app for phone, tablet, and desktop — installed straight from the browser, no app store, and fully working offline. Data lives on your device, and dashboards are configured per device: quick entry on the phone, deep-dive charts on the desktop.

The free plan is everything the app does without a server — one device, forever, and your data never leaves it. That also means no backup: the data lives on that device and nowhere else. Standard plan adds the server side: cloud backup, cross-device sync, and historical exchange rates.
