FinePrint is the best book/booklet maker I used until now. It has options to make multiple pages per page too, especially good for making 1/4 page size adds, just print '4 UP' and it will put 4 ads per A4/Letter page for you. Also, making books/booklets from multiple files by printing over and over into the same session from different other applications (Word, Excel, AcrobatReader...) and it will put all the files into one and print it as a book for you. Once printed, all you have to do is fold it in half and staple it in the middle. Oh, duplex (double sided) printing is supported with manual or automatic (depending on the printer capabilities). I really recommend it.
