What is FastAPI AlertEngine?

FastAPI AlertEngine is incident command for teams that answer to compliance — not just monitoring. One line instruments your app: pip install fastapi-alertengine, then instrument(app). When your API degrades, two AI models independently diagnose the root cause. Agreement ? one clean alert with confidence. Dissent ? both theories shown, engineer arbitrates. Nothing executes until you tap Approve on WhatsApp or Telegram. Every recovery action is JWT-gated, time-bound, and single-use. Every stage is logged immutably: what the AI recommended, what the policy required, what the engineer authorised, and what the orchestrator executed. Full actor attribution with policy version tracking. The governance hierarchy is enforced by code — not configured in a dashboard. Policy decides whether an incident exists. AI explains the root cause (advisory only). Humans authorise every action. Built in Zimbabwe where WhatsApp is often the operational control plane. Free SDK (MIT). Managed orchestrator from $19/mo.
