Great value & features compared to competitors! When we switched over to a cheaper alternative from MailChimp we were not sure what we were getting into. But wow! Glad we chose Email Octopus. The customer service is really over the top; the team is solution-oriented and so kind. Creating a campaign design is easy because the navigational tools are right within your reach on the left side. Also, the import and export processes are fast and simple I never experienced while importing or exporting the contacts. Segmentation was successful; once I uploaded all of my contacts (80k people), it took 10 minutes to segment all of them. It is also one of the most affordable email tools on the market.
I'm seeing high deliverability rates and it's super easy to deploy a campaign.
