What is DWG OfficeZip?

DWG OfficeZip is an offline CAD viewer, measurement tool, and editor for Android, iPhone, iPad, and web browsers. It opens DWG, DXF, and DGN drawings locally, supporting layers, blocks, attributes, layouts, and external references. It also opens IFC2X3 and IFC4 building models for 3D viewing and measurement, plus PDF, Microsoft Office documents, ZIP archives, and RAR archives on Android.

The application provides distance, area, perimeter, angle, radius, diameter, and coordinate measurements with endpoint and midpoint snapping. Drawings can be placed over OpenStreetMap, satellite imagery, or custom WMS/XYZ layers after their coordinate system is configured; GPS can then show the device position within the drawing. Premium and Super subscriptions add 2D or 3D drawing and editing, file conversion and export features, document editing, drawing comparison, and other tools.

The browser version runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS. Files are read in the browser or on the device rather than uploaded to the product's server. The Android edition is distributed through Google Play, while the iPhone and iPad edition is currently offered as a TestFlight public beta.
