What is DropNotch?
The MacBook notch can serve as a drop zone for file sharing with 
AirDrop, Mail, 
Apple Mail, and more through the DropNotch app. This app, built with Swift exclusively for Mac, supports multiple displays, even those without a physical notch. It operates on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
If your Mac lacks a notch, the app creates a virtual drop zone in the menu bar for dragging files. Files can be dragged and dropped into the MacBook notch area, offering different sharing options. The app window can be opened by clicking the notch area or menu bar icon on a MacBook with a notch, or the menu bar icon on a display without a notch.
