What is DriveDx?
DriveDx is advanced drive health diagnostic and monitoring utility. Unlike most drive utilities, DriveDx does not only monitor the drive’s built-in S.M.A.R.T. status, but also analyzes the changes of all drive health indicators that are closely related to HDD or SSD failures (like the pending bad sectors, reallocated bad sectors, uncorrectable bad sectors, SSD wear out / endurance, and more) and alerts the user immediately if anything goes wrong. Our drive health diagnostics algorithms are based on the recent researches in this field. The application provides access to all sufficient drive diagnostic data to satisfy any system administrator. DriveDx is the first utility of its kind to have a real user-friendly Mac-style interface.

Very dissapointed with this now as I am unable to test my external drives. I installed to additional S.M.A.R.T plugin but it didnt work, the program asked me to uninstall the plugin and try to reinstall. There is no uninstaller for the plugin. There is a terminal code provided when you go to their website, the terminal response was ' there is no such directory' Not happy to have to uninstall using their terminal code. The plugin is still installed and there is no response from the support email i have written. Its a shame as it a god program., if it worked on all drives, as it is, it's not worth buying the licence, especially when there is no support.
