What is DrillFlow?

DrillFlow is a local-first diagram editor for organizing complex information through hierarchical depth. Unlike flat canvases, every node can hold its own sub-diagram — so you drill down into a step, understand it, and come back up, with breadcrumbs and a subflow tree instead of tab chaos. It's built for process & workflow mapping, software architecture, user journeys and flowcharts — anything too big for a single canvas. Import and export Mermaid, export to PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, Mermaid or JSON, and share any diagram as a read-only link. DrillFlow runs entirely in your browser, free and with no account. Your diagrams stay local, private, and fast — and because it's an installable web app (PWA), it keeps working offline after the first load.
