What is Dozer?
Dozer is a software tool that manages and hides menu bar items for a cleaner Mac interface. It works with two or three icons, each with a specific function, arranged from right to left. The first icon is interactive and can be moved as per user preference. The second icon and items to its left can be hidden or shown by clicking any Dozer icon. The optional third icon functions like the second but requires an option-click to hide or show items to its left.
Users can move icons they want to hide to the left of the second Dozer icon. Icons that should remain hidden until option-clicked can be moved to the left of the third Dozer icon by holding the command key and dragging the icons.
A left-click on a Dozer icon will hide or show the first group of menu bar icons. An option-left-click reveals the second group of icons, if the third icon is activated. Right-clicking a Dozer icon opens the settings for customization.
