Amateur program for creating sites with documentation in a useless style. Other types of documents are generated in a worse style. Not good for serious stuff. Efficiency of customization of the program result is so low, that it's easier for programmer to write his own parser for docblock comments extraction. It looks like the application is only used to create work-to-rule dumps, for formal check and of course for scoring/clogging the search engines.
