What is DixonDesk?

DixonDesk is a bookkeeping and inventory app for resellers, built for Windows. It reads your purchase confirmation emails, syncs your marketplace sales, and matches each sale to the batch it came from, so you see your real profit without keeping a spreadsheet.

Purchases logged from your inbox: DixonDesk connects to your email and recognizes order confirmations from Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, Topps, Fanatics, Mattel, Pokemon Center and Premium Bandai. It records the vendor, items, cost, shipping and tax for you. Only purchases it isn't sure about go to a review queue.

Real cost basis: Each purchase batch keeps its own cost. When an item sells, DixonDesk matches it to the lot it came from using specific identification, an IRS-recognized inventory method, instead of an average.

Marketplace sync: Connects directly to eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Temu and Wix through their official APIs, with no browser extensions or scraping. Fees and refunds sync along with each sale.

Reconciliation built in: Catches duplicates when a sale is entered by hand and later synced. Recalculates per-unit cost when a shipment arrives short. Tracks refunds owed to you separately from refunds you owe buyers.

Your data stays on your computer: Your books are a single database file on your own machine, not on someone else's server. Backups run automatically, and you can always export to CSV. If your subscription lapses, you can still view and export everything.

Also included: a P&L dashboard for any date range, aging stock sorted by how much money is tied up, recurring operating costs, invoice generation, serial number tracking, and spreadsheet import with a preview before anything is saved.
