GridMove uses the number keys to assign windows to a pre-defined area on your screen, while Divvy has a click-and-drag system, which I find a bit quicker, more intuitive and flexible. I also had issues with gaps between windows with GridMove, which I don't have with Divvy-everything fits exactly to the grid.
