Diskpart is described as 'Command-line hard disk partitioning utility included in versions of the Windows NT operating system line from Windows 2000 onwards, replacing fdisk which was used in MS-DOS based operating systems' and is a partition manager in the os & utilities category.     Drive Letter Changer is a portable freeware tool to simplify the process of assigning a specific drive letter to a hard drive or external storage device. You could do this with the Windows Disk Management tool , but this can be confusing for the novice.

    Gpart is a tool which tries to guess the primary partition table of a PC-type hard disk in case the primary partition table in sector 0 is damaged, incorrect or deleted. The guessed table can be written to a file or device.
