What is Disensor?

Disensor implements the controlled disagreement method: one AI assistant generates a change, a reviewer from a different model family attacks it, and every finding must end incorporated, refuted with evidence, or escalated to a human. The tool emits, validates and CI-enforces the residue declaration, a JSON artifact that records how each review event ended and what remained open for human judgment. Unlike AI review services, Disensor runs no models and requires no API keys: it validates artifacts already versioned in the repository. Python CLI plus GitHub Action, MIT licensed.
