    If you want someone to hold your hand while configuring your server, just hire an IT consultant. They charge per hour and be happy to help, always. Cloudways offers their fixed support prices of either $100/mo or $500/mo (after tripling the price on Digitalocean, Vultr and Amazon servers), if they consider you to not be profitable enough, then you can forget any further help.
