Comments about diff-pdf as an Alternative to DiffPDF
DavidGPdiff-pdf is a free, older version of the paid tool DiffPDF.
Both work very well and quickly as long as the PDFs have the same number of pages, and as long as differences are only present on pairs with the same page number.
DiffPDF can also compare PDFs with different page counts. However, this leads to a much longer program runtime for the comparison if the number of pages is high, since the program then compares every page of one document with every page of the other document.
Seems like Bluebeam can't diff PDFs
