What is Delta Patcher?
Delta Patcher is a tool that is able to create and apply xdelta patches. It supports more options than the frontends for the xdelta library, such as compression level and checksum verification. It is written in C++ and is entirely self-contained. The program will, by default, look in the same directory as itself when only given program names.
Full and Lite versions: This package comes with two versions of the frontend. The Lite version is simply the patching GUI and it is intended to be included along with your patch. This way, the final user doesn’t need to mess with other options like patch creation (simplicity comes first!). The Full version is mainly for romhackers, and it supports both creation and application of xdelta patches.

Delta Patcher is a sweet, simple program used exclusively for applying and creating xdelta patches. It is FOSS, never needs internet, and completely portable (translations are external, though).
