What is DecisionPen?

DecisionPen is a software-as-a-service architecture decision workspace for creating and querying an enterprise architecture landscape. It accepts notes, high-level design documents, PDFs, wiki extracts, and natural-language descriptions, then proposes architecture entities and relationships for user review.

The workspace models entities such as organisations, objectives, initiatives, capabilities, processes, applications, technologies, integrations, and data. It provides a visual knowledge graph and supports plain-language questions about relationships, ownership, dependencies, and change impact, with answers linked to map and source-document evidence.

DecisionPen can generate architecture outputs, including solution blueprints, architecture decision records, and diagrams, from the connected model. Its site describes human review as the control point before proposed information is added to the live map and notes support for LeanIX-aligned modelling structures.
