In the initial stage of data model design, the goal is to have a simple visual aid that helps you focus on the entities and why certain relationships are needed, without getting bogged down by decisions that can be made later, as long as the initial design makes sense.
Paper, pencil, or a whiteboard are great for this stage—until the complexity forces you to constantly rearrange your drawing, causing you to lose focus on what's important.
I've tested many apps, but this one is the only one that truly understands the need for simplicity at this stage of design. It provides a distraction-free, minimal UI that offers exactly what you need to make sense of your data model.
Easy to use, and super helpful to have a visual guide of the table relationships in a database!
