Wonderful thing, especially in conjunction with the
Nextcloud Contacts
This service works amazingly well, and is very simple to implement. If you decide to divest your digital life from Google, then DAV becomes a must if you host your calendar, allowing seamless syncing of contants and calendars.
I used to use it with Nextcloud and now with Baïkal and works perfectly.
Works flawless on my Android. If you want to sync your contacts, calendars and tasks outside of google, this app makes it possible.
No matter if you host all of that yourself, or just want to sync with another email provider (like e.g. for business email/contacts or similar), it works!
This is an excellent piece of software. The developers had tested many CalDav/CardDav servers to make sure you can connect to many different servers without hassles, including Mailfence and mailbox.org.
