What is Cyclop OS?

Cyclop OS is a desktop operating system built on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and GNOME 46, made by Cyclop Technologies, a small European company with North African roots. It is designed for people, schools and small businesses who want a computer that is safe, simple and keeps running on the hardware they already own.

What you get in every edition, including the free Community edition:

Desktop layouts you already know: switch between a classic taskbar with a start menu, a dock layout and the Cyclop layout in one click.
Security set up from the first boot: firewall on, privacy DNS, kernel hardening, automatic security updates. Patches ship every week.
No ads and no tracking. The only thing sent is an anonymous count of the OS version per day, which can be turned off in Settings.
39 languages, including Arabic, Swahili and Hindi.
Installs and runs without an internet connection.
Office suite, browser, mail, photos, printers and Flatpak apps ready to go.
