When copying a line of text inline with icons/thumbnails, CopyQ puts a sort of placeholder vs with Ditto where the link anchor text shows.

Ditto has a cleaner UI and works better out of the box.

Maccy is plain better than CopyQ for macOS users. CopyQ hangs sometimes when I toggle open the window with copies, not the case with Maccy. Maccy has an M1 version, CopyQ doesn't. It lacks however customisation, although I would wager most people are not interested in customizing the look of their clipboard manager. For UI/UX people, it's a really good-looking interface.

Imo slightly better than CopyQ. Biggest advantage over CopyQ is that it reliably stores images in the paste history while CopyQ stores the path in some instances. Biggest disadvantage is that it has no appearance tweaking/dark mode and is proprietary, but still free, with donation option.
