Console has been discontinued. Similar apps include Tabby, which is free and open source. Other options are Windows Terminal, PowerShell, ConEmu and Cmder. Terminal Emulators like Console are a crowded field, with more than 25 alternatives for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android.
CMD++ is a command line program, which was devoloped as alternative to the Windows (R) console. You can use it at public places (eg. at school) when the native console is locked but you do need to run a program in the console (eg. to type arguments).
