Comfort

Comfort is a free and open-source downloader for Android 7.0 and above. Paste a link, or share one from any app, and save the video, picture gallery or song behind it, with real control over quality, format and trimming.

It runs yt-dlp, gallery-dl and Instaloader on the phone itself, so it works with hundreds of sites, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X and Pinterest. Spotify links are matched to their audio and saved with cover art, tags and lyrics.

Features:

• Preview before downloading: pick the quality, format, or which items of a gallery to save
• Trim videos and audio before saving
• Download queue with scheduling, pause and resume, and waiting for a network connection
• Built-in browser that finds the media a web page plays, for sites the engines don't support
• Library of everything downloaded, with search
• Sign in to sites through the built-in browser for content that needs a login
• Download engines update themselves without an app update
• Material 3 design with dynamic color and dark mode
• No ads, no tracking, no account
