The treasurer gets full control of the cash flow using our interactive reports and can track revenue from the top level all the way down to a specific payment transaction. The financial ledger is updated in real-time and available on the go in our mobile app, so you are ready to answer any questions you get - wherever you are.

Member Management: Managing member information can be a daunting task - CoachHippo is built with privacy by design and you decide which information you want to track about your members. You define access to the information by roles and assign permissions on each individual attribute. You eliminate the need for "send-all" e-mails by grouping members into groups and sub-groups, create segments within a group and assign guardians for minors that receive information on behalf of the minor. CoachHippo periodically invites the members to review and update their information - which makes keeping the membership list up to date a breeze.

Events: With CoachHippo you can expand your community by organising public events and your private events are easily scheduled - you can invite the whole group, individuals or groups of members. You decide when invitations and reminders should automatically be sent out and an event summary is sent before the start of the event.
