There's nothing like a fresh install of Windows to clear your mind, but it comes at a cost: you have to set everything up again, just the way you like it.

I guess this is great for the simple Microsoft lover & if your programs show just-so, but if you try to customize, or your item doesn't show, this can be quite confusing. The app that I wanted to back the most didn't show up, but many others did.
