What is Clockify?
Clockify is a time management tool for tracking time spent on projects and analyzing productivity. It's accessible on the web, desktop, and mobile platforms with real-time data synchronization across all devices. As a free online timer, Clockify provides detailed reports and exportable data on time usage, enables collaborative time tracking, and aids in project management. It integrates with over 50 web applications, offers idle detection and reminders, includes a Pomodoro timer, and allows automatic start and stop of the timer. Users can start a timer from selected text and use a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+U) to control the timer. It also sets a default project for new time entries.

Comments and Reviews
I've been using Clockify with Todoist integration on and off for a couple years (free, don't need billing) and it's good to get time tracking overview (projects, tasks, desktop + mobile, dashboard charts stats etc). It's fairly easy to use in combo.
Dashboard opens in browser.
I really liked the app, but where I saw it, it appeared to me that it was free, when I check here, it came out that it was freemium, which I thought was a mistake of the site, but no, I got to https://clockify.me/upgrade and it seemed like a spit in the face, the reason is not because it offers payment options (that's fine), what I think is wrong is to offer that this program is 100% free
I wish it will be open source
Clockify is great not because it's free (we use the paid version at $300/year) but because it's awesome and doesn't require per user pricing. Instead of fooling around at $180/month (which would leave us on spreadsheets or some other solution), we pay one fair fee per year and enjoy agency-wide high quality time tracking. This Toggle is what happens when when a company tests the limits of price elasticity to screw your users, instead of to make a reasonable profit.
Definitely useful tool but crashes very often in Ubuntu 18.04. I recommend you to add "Time on used for making Clockify run again" section too.
I am looking for an alternative still.
Probably best free Toggl-like experience but buggy and is heavily dependant on an internet connection, slow loading even on better devices and connection.
