What is Clipboard Router?
Clipboard Router is a free, open-source clipboard workspace for Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later.
It keeps a searchable history and gives you faster access through Quick Paste. Paste Stack lets you copy several items, switch apps once, and paste them in order. You can save clips and notes, arrange them in nested folders, pin important material, and create Smart Views.
Auto Organize rules are previewable and undoable. Clipboard Health helps identify sensitive content, Private Sessions keep new clips in memory, and Vault stores selected clips behind authentication and encryption. Clipboard Router also supports Base64 export, recipient-key encrypted sharing, native shortcuts, drag and drop, and a bundled cr command-line tool.
Clipboard Router is local by default, licensed under MIT, and available at no cost.
